  2. Payment Terms: Millennium Hills Estate offers a flexible four-installment payment plan for home purchases. Specific payment terms, including due dates and amounts, will be outlined in the purchase agreement. Failure to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule may result in penalties or cancellation of the purchase contract.
  3. Reservation and Booking: To reserve or book a property, clients may be required to provide a non-refundable reservation fee or deposit. The reservation fee will be deducted from the total purchase price upon completion of the transaction.
  4. Purchase Agreement: A legally binding purchase agreement will be executed between Millennium Hills Estate and the buyer upon acceptance of an offer or booking. The purchase agreement will outline the terms and conditions of the transaction, including payment terms, delivery timeline, and any other relevant details.
  5. Completion and Handover: The completion and handover of the property will be subject to the agreed-upon construction timeline and successful completion of payments. Millennium Hills Estate will provide reasonable notice to the buyer regarding the anticipated completion and handover date.
  6. Warranty and Maintenance: Millennium Hills Estate provides a limited warranty for the construction and structural integrity of the property. The terms and duration of the warranty will be specified in the purchase agreement. Buyers are responsible for routine maintenance and upkeep of the property once it is handed over.
  7. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds and cancellations are subject to the specific terms outlined in the purchase agreement and applicable laws. Any refund requests or cancellation notifications should be made in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  8. Intellectual Property: The content, design, and intellectual property rights of the Millennium Hills Estate website, including logos, images, and text, are the property of Millennium Hills Estate and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any materials is strictly prohibited.
